What had to change
Elite Courts needed more than a traditional website. Public content, sports packages, tournaments, products, orders, payment receipts, media, and administrative work needed to live in one dependable system that the team could manage without asking a developer to make every update.

What we built
Relyforge Systems designed and developed a responsive, database-driven application with two connected experiences: a polished public website for customers and a secure operations portal for authorised team members. Changes made in the portal flow through to the public experience, keeping information current while protecting sensitive business functions.

Tournaments and registrations
Tournament pages, registration windows, participant information, and scheduled availability are managed as structured content using Pakistan time.
Store and order operations
Customers browse products and place orders while administrators manage categories, products, prices, availability, media, order status, and change history.
Receipt-assisted payment review
Customers can upload a payment receipt. Automated screening helps the team review it, while final confirmation always remains with an authorised person.
Secure administration
Role-based access, two-step verification, password controls, private search exclusions, and readable activity logs protect operational work.
Automated communication
Transactional emails cover order confirmations, status changes, administrator accounts, password events, and reminders for orders that need attention.
