Using this website
You can use this website to learn about our services, explore our work and contact us about a project. Please provide accurate contact details and use forms, chat and booking tools for their intended purpose. Do not send spam, attempt to access someone else's account or interfere with the website.
Agreeing on a project
We build websites, online stores, business software, chatbots and automation. Sending an enquiry or booking a meeting does not commit you to a paid project. Before work begins, we agree on the scope, price, payment schedule, timeline and deliverables in writing. Your project agreement sets the terms for that work.
Quotes and changes
We prepare quotes around the work your project needs. If you ask for features or changes outside the agreed scope, we will discuss the effect on cost and delivery before taking on that extra work.
Meetings and bookings
The booking tool shows the available times and the status of your request. Keep your booking reference so you can check or manage it. If you need a different time or no longer need the meeting, use the booking tools or contact us. We will contact you if we need to change an agreed meeting time.
What we need from you
For an agreed project, we may need approved content, access to relevant systems and feedback from your team. You must have permission to share the materials and access you provide. Delays in receiving these can affect the delivery date.
Demos and automated answers
Our interactive demos show examples of how a system can work. Sample records and figures are illustrations, not promises of results for your business. Automated answers can help you explore services or prepare a request, but may contain mistakes. Our team confirms project details, prices and commitments with you directly.
Connected services
Some features depend on outside services, such as email, calendars, hosting and payment providers used in a client project. We identify the services and any separate costs needed for your project in the proposal. Their availability and changes to their own services can affect the features that depend on them.
Ownership and handover
Your project agreement explains who owns the delivered work, what is included in the handover and which third-party licences apply. We agree on these details before work starts.
Support after delivery
We agree on support and maintenance as part of your project or a separate support plan. That agreement explains what is covered, how to report a problem and any ongoing charges.
