The business need
What had to change
The shop needed a clear way to present its jewellery and take orders online. The owner also needed to update products, photos, prices and store information without changing the website code.
The solution
What we built
We built a bilingual storefront connected to a private store management system. Customers can explore collections, review product details and place an order. The team can update the catalogue, manage orders and respond to enquiries from one place.
Customer experience and operations, connected.
The platform was designed as a working business system, not a collection of disconnected pages.
Bilingual shopping
Product collections, descriptions, store information and customer messages support English and French, with a language choice that is remembered.
Catalogue and photography
The team can manage categories, products, photos, collection slides and publication status. Prices can be shown or hidden to suit the shop's sales approach.
Cart and ordering
Customers add jewellery to their cart and submit delivery details for a cash-on-delivery order. WhatsApp provides a direct way to continue the conversation with the shop.
Order management
Staff can review order items, customer details and delivery notes, then move orders through confirmation, shipping, delivery or cancellation.
Store content and communication
Announcements, FAQs, contact messages, social links and email notification preferences are managed from the same private workspace.
Controlled staff access
Roles and permissions limit what each staff member can view or change. Authenticator verification, session controls and an activity history support the owner's oversight.
A platform the business can operate and extend.
